Claims are processed within 5-10 business days, as long as we have all the required documentation. If we do not receive this at the time of your claim, we may need to contact you or your vet.

We need an itemised invoice and vet consultation notes for each claim. For your first claim, we need vet consultation notes for the life of your pet. In some cases, if these are not provided, we may need to contact you or your vet.
How long do I have to submit my claim?
All claims should be submitted within 90 days of the relevant treatment being provided.

What if my vet won’t provide me with the consultation notes?
Sometimes vets may not wish to provide you with the consultation notes, however, you can ask your vet/s to provide the consultation notes directly to us by emailing: e-claims@petsure.com.au and include your name, policy number and contact details.
